Paul started working for the dealership  in 1983. He graduated from from Avon Lake High School and The Ohio State University.  Paul is married to Stephanie and has two children, a son, Nicholas, who attends the Ohio State University and a daughter, Taylor. Paul enjoys golf, basketball, staying fit and spending time at home with his family.

Tom Firment, Sales Manager, Sales and Leasing Consultant

Tom started working at the dealership in June, 1986 and is a Kent State University graduate. Tom resides in Strongsville, Ohio with his wife of 18 years and two children. Tom is an avid Cleveland sports fan and  enjoys weight lifting, running, swimming, and indoor soccer .Tom likes to keep in shape and loves the great outdoors!

William E. Fitch, Finance Director, Sales and Leasing Consultant
Bill has been in the car business since March of 1978 and with Joe Firment Chevrolet since 1981. He is a graduate of Elyria High School's class of 1972 and Northwood University's class of 1977.   Bill lives with his wife, Lori, the dealership's Customer Service Coordinator, and their three sons. Jay is a graduate of Kent State University, Jonathan is a graduate of Miami University and Joseph is a junior at Baldwin Wallace College.

Darryl Kirchner, Sales Manager, Sales and Leasing Consultant

Darryl began his career with the Firment dealership in January, 2003 after graduating from Lorain Catholic and The Ohio State University . Darryl was born and raised in Lorain. He is an avid Notre Dame fan and enjoys all sports, especially golf. Darryl recently married Rachel Aslaksen, a fellow staff member, and they reside in Avon, Oh.

Darren M. Laurio, Commercial Sales Manager, Finance, New & Used Sales & LeasingDarren began with the dealership in October of 2001 and is a graduate of Midview High School in Grafton. Darren has a son and daughter that he's very proud of  and a wonderful fiance' that also has a son.  Darren enjoys watching the Browns, Buckeyes and Indians. He likes to play golf, watch movies, game a little on the X box and walk their basset hound.

Sixto Torres, Jr., Sales and Leasing Consultant, habla espanolSixto joined the dealership in March of 2001 and is a graduate of Lorain County Community College. Son Sixto Anthony Torres, is an early college student at LCCC., daughter Leanna Torres attends Cascade School and Devanie Baker is at Windsor School. Sixto enjoys swimming, barbecues, movies, and spending time with his wife, Conny. Sixto is a member of World Gym in Elyria.

James Woods, Sales and Leasing Consultant

James started at Firment's in March of 2007. He is a graduate of Tuslaw High School in Massillon, Ohio and Lorain County Community College. James lives with his wife Misty and three daughters, Cheyenne Marie, 13; Sierra Skye, 6 years; and Aiyann Rose, 4years old. James enjoys watching all sports and plays baseball and tennis. His favorite teams are the Cleveland Indians, the Cavs and the Browns. James hopes to pursue a masters degree at Cleveland State University.

Jeremiah Leyva, Sales and Leasing ConsultantJeremiah has been at the dealership since March, 2007, and is a graduate of Lorain Southview High School. Jeremiah has a seven year old daughter and a one year old son who are his world and everyday inspiration. Jeremiah is a diehard Browns, Indians, Buckeyes and New Orleans Hornets fan. He also enjoys playing football, basketball and softball, but most important to him is the time spent with loved ones.

Rachel joined the dealership in March of 2007 and is a graduate of Avon Lake High School and Kent State University.  She is an avid reader who also enjoys cooking and loves all animals. Rachel lives with her new husband, Darryl, the dealership Sales Manager, and her longtime pet, Fresno the cat.

Brian has been with Joe Firment Chevrolet since May, 2008.  Brian, born and raised in South Lorain, has attended both Clearview and Southview High Schools, graduating in 1993. He served with the United States Navy aboard the USS Eisenhower. He and his wife Leslie have four children, Breyana, Austyn, Justyn and Madisyn. Brian is currently recognized as a GM Distinguished Mark of Excellence top sales performer. It is a reward given to honor outstanding product knowledge and customer satisfaction. He is a ten year veteran of the automotive industry and would like to remind everyone how important it is to support America and American owned companies.

John joined the dealership in December of 2009. He is a graduate of Lorain Admiral King High School and attended Cleveland State University. John lives with his wife Mary Theresa, a teacher for the Lorain City Schools, Zachary, who attends St. Ignatius High School and Alexandria, who attends Magnificat High School.  An automotive sales consultant for over 25 years, John specializes in leasing. For fun, John enjoys going to concerts, swimming, camping and traveling out West.

David is the dealership's newest consultant, starting in July of 2010 and is a graduate of Midview High School and Miami University of Ohio.  A four year starter on the Miami University football team, David still enjoys sports, especially playing and coaching basketball, and coaching football for his almamater the Midview Middies. David still follows the Miami Redhawks, but his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns where he is a season ticket holder.

Paul started in November, 2009 and is the new Service Manager. Paul brings with him over 14 years of Chevrolet dealership experience as a consultant and manager. He graduated from Nordonia High School in 1983 and has been married to his lovely bride Ginnie for 24 years. Paul has two sons, Nicholas. who is a sophomore in college and Bryan who is a senior in high school. The Serowskies moved to Elyria in 1996 from Cleveland and really enjoy the feel of Lorain county. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, modeling with O-gauge trains, gardening and watching movies.
